Home Financing Solutions by BPR Bank 🏠 At BPR Bank, we believe that home ownership should be a seamless journey. Whether you are looking to purchase your first residence, construct a dream home, or invest in rental property for income, our financing solutions are designed to meet your ambitions. We offer up to 100% financing for owner-occupier projects and 70% for land acquisition, with flexible repayment periods extending up to 25 years. 🌍 Inclusive & Accessible Our doors are open to a wide range of clients—salaried professionals, self-employed entrepreneurs, and Rwandans living abroad. With over 100 branches countrywide, we make it possible to purchase plots, fund large-scale projects, or build residential property for rental returns. 📝 Comprehensive Pre-approval Process To begin, we require a duly filled application and identification (National ID or Passport). For joint applications, documents for your spouse are also included. For foreigners, a valid work permit is essential. We assess your financial journey through your CV (for contract employees), employment certificates, and the last three months of pay slips. If your repayment depends on rental income, we will review your tenancy contracts as well. 🔍 Financial Transparency & Security The process is grounded in clarity: we require property ownership documents, a recent valuation from our approved list, and a positive CRB report. If you are joining us from another bank, please provide six months of bank statements and outstanding loan certificates for takeovers. Don't forget to include your RSSB code and any relevant proforma invoices or sale agreements for the property. 💰 Terms of Engagement Our financing carries a maximum tenor of 300 months to keep your payments manageable. Standard facility fees are 2% (one-off) with a monthly management fee of 0.1%. While we strive for stability, please note that all rates and terms are subject to change to reflect the market landscape.
